Jane is the Broker/Owner of Realty World Pinnacle & Team Leader of the Pinnacle Real Estate Team. She obtained her BA in English from the U.S.F. and is has lived in the San Francisco bay area for many years. She has been successfully selling real estate all over the bay area and East Bay area for the last 18 years.

Jane is a pro-active, full-service real estate professional known for her in-depth local real estate knowledge, negotiation skills and commitment to her clients. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations during every transaction whether a first time home buyer or seasoned investor.

On her free time Jane donates her time and talents to causes benefiting animals, veterans, children, Alzheimers and the Innocence Project.

Donny Speer is part of the dynamic Pinnacle Real Estate Team. A native of the east bay, Donny has been living and working in the tri valley area as well as the Contra Costa Delta areas for many years. Coming from a construction background and having invested in real estate for over 35 years, Donny knows what to focus on when evaluating a home to prepare to put it on the market or to assess the positives and negatives when considering a property purchase.  

Donny prides himself in providing his clients with the highest quality of service during every aspect of the transaction to ensure that his clients have the best representation.

He enjoys the outdoors–especially on the golf range or boating on the Delta.  He can often be found helping others with their home remodeling projects. Donny is also a musician and rocks out on guitar playing gigs around the Bay Area.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions in your life. You can expect him as your advocate to communicate and advise you with the utmost loyalty, integrity, professionalism, and knowledge.

Though Anita spent her childhood in the mid-west, she now considers herself a bonafide Californian, having lived here since 1997. After 20 years in the bay area, she knows the area well and has seen it evolve and expand.

Anita has a degree in communication studies from Northwestern University and an MBA from University of California. She spent the earlier years of her career as a consultant and as a sales & marketing executive at fortune 500 food and beverage companies. She is a natural problem solver and renowned for her ability to craft creative solutions and partnerships. She is an ace at delivering results and multi-tasking!

Anita eventually hungered for something new, and real estate called to her. After spending the first year of her real-estate career as our team’s VP of Marketing, she achieved her dream of being an agent on our team. She could not be more thrilled to be working with such phenomenal colleagues and putting her tremendous skills to use tin the world of real estate.
Nowadays, in her spare time, Anita can be found cooking, mixing craft cocktails, biking, hiking, doing Pilates, raising her two sets of twins, or snuggling with her two dogs. She lives with her husband and four kids in a beautiful house in Walnut Creek.
